If you are looking for Pelham’s oldest vines they are here in this bottling – this is a single vineyard offering from their 34 year old vines and is aged 12 months in American oak; the Speck Boys sure do know how to treat their Baco: smoky mocha, cherry, sweet plum, vanilla and a sweet fruit core that is somewhat jammy and Zin-like that delights the palate without having to resort to sugar additions or not fermenting it dry.
