A lovely, fresh sparkling rosé that delivers all you love in pink bubbles – pretty, eye-catching colour, lemon-raspberry aromas with notes of pith and yeast on the palate; there’s also some sour cherry and great acidity on the finish; the 12 month on lees has kept the freshness and pretty fruit linger on the finish intact … but that lime hint and acidity makes this one a winner on the palate and the colour makes it beautiful to look at – a double whammy of good taste.
