First Sauvignon Blanc made at Fielding since 2014 (due to winter damage) it also saw 15% neutral oak for some barrel fermentation notes, but then it all found its way into stainless steel … this wine has a real interesting profile: grassy with tropical notes, white peach, racy acidity, crisp and light; but it’s that great acid punch on the long finish that really powers this wine through.
