This is a barrel selection wine made up of the five best barrels, one of those barrels were new and the wine rested for 10 months inside. As compared to the base-model, Break-In, this one has more character, more complexity and more fruit forwardness, but with some subtle spices to keep things honest. Sour cherry and raspberry is part of the fruit side of the wine, with hints of wild strawberry also taking a turn ...
