A two-vineyard blend from the Beamsville and Vineland benches that was naturally fermented and whole cluster pressed. For those who equate “off-dry” with sweet you’re not wrong, but what this Riesling has going for it is that amazing acid hit that keeps it from going over the top with that sweetness. There’s 13-14g of residual here but no way you can tell: peach, pear, delicious apple and mineral all make an appearance - but this is some serious off-dry, not a sugar water substitute.
