2019 Tasting … The base is for this non-vintage wine is from 2015, and is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, which spends about 3 years on its lees, in that traditional sparkling wine way … great minerality for openers with good acidity on the finish - the middle shows off lime, green apple, and other citrus notes to keep it floral and crisp … it continues to be one of the best value traditional bubbles in Niagara.  Price: $24.95 - Rating: ****
