Now with six and a half years on lees this 60/40 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir has a bit more oxidation along with mushroom, almond praline and apple biscuits, the acidity is on point and seems to add a lemony/citrus aspect to the finish … I think it just loses me with the age (and too oxidative).
