Once again Greg Yemen keeps the colour of his Gris intact (salmon) with a little skin fermentation (10%) and time on skins (18 hours) then barreled (50%) in neutral oak: slightly candied nose with floral undertones leads to apricot, lime, peach, green apple and melon on the palate.  Price: $21.00 – Rating: *** ½
