The Speck brothers celebrate their 30th Anniversary as a winery, and their success with Baco Noir, with this top shelf Baco that's layered with meaty, vanilla, all-spice, spiced raspberry, anise and rich cherry notes - there's ever some notes of coffee, wild strawberry, red licorice and cigar box ... it's got a cool "sweetness" of fruit, yet comes across as dry and almost Zin-like, except it has a rather mellow 13% alcohol - this one is built for the cellar for maximum enjoyment.  Price: $29.95 - Rating: ****+
