A five-grape blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Baco Noir (it’s Henry of Pelham after all) – this juicy, fruit-forward number has both black and red cherry along with cassis, pencil shavings, and subtle smoke; there’s even a touch of cranberry on the finish.
