This is a perennial favorite from Rosehall Run, it holds a special place in my heart as one of the first wines in which I accidentally, and unwittingly, finished the whole bottle all by my lonesome. I could have done it again this time. The acidity is what makes this Pinot shine, aiding the black and sour cherry, the cranberry, the licorice, and the spice to achieve maximum enjoyment. There is also a subtle floral note that does help engage the wine fully on the nose. Another JCR winner. Price: $45.00 - Rating: ****
