(Sept. 2, 2016) ... I like coming back to these Coyote's Run wines because I was such a fan when they were young - it really was hard for me to let them go this long, but I'm glad I did:  earthy, beet root, cranberry, smoky, touch of black cherry, while dried fruit takes over the longer it's open.  What was also quite nice about this wine was the acidity, which was fully intact and there was a nice length to the finish.
