Eddie Cochrane once sang, "there ain't no cure for the Summertime Blues", well I might have found one. To call this Charmat method bubbly a simple wine is under-estimating what you have here. A blend of all white grapes: Pinot Gris, Riesling, Vidal and under 5% Muscat ... the nose and palate are in sync here: a fun fruity wine with lemon, grapefruit notes amidst a floral finish ... simple yes, but also fun and very tongue enticing that'll make you crave a second and maybe even a third glass.
