If you think Shiraz (big, jammy, juicy) even when someone mentions Syrah – this is not your wine. If you think Australia then the grape comes to mind, put your wallet away. But if you know that Syrah is about meaty, peppery, earthy and leathery notes with sometimes a gamey characteristic then this is the wine you’ll want, not only to drink, but to add to your cellar to take advantage of everything this wine will become.
