Sullyzwicker has a new name and a new label – more modern, less spelling bee word and more eye-chart suited with a big SZ on the front. It’s still an Edelzwicker (German term used to describe a blend of various varieties), this year of Riesling, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay Musque, Chardonnay, Muscat ottonel, Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc, and it’s still a pleasant easy drinking wine. A nose of peach blossoms and delicious apples with a palate that doles out lemon, green apple, and a floral nuance – refreshing, crisp and clean. Price: $14.95 – Rating: *** ½
