This bubbly from Henry of Pelham has been their flagship bubble for a number of years – the Rosé eclipses it this year (in my opinion) but for you traditionalists this is still great value for your money in bubbly. Good biscuit notes with lovely mineral nuances on the palate, there’s also a lovely lemony citrus notes with green apple on the finish … but always with the biscuit and citrus.
