Bubbly wines are all over the place these days, especially from good old Ontari-ari-ari–o, there are plenty of reasons why sparkling does so well here in the province, but let’s look more at the end product instead of the why you should like it … after all bubbles are a selling feature all their own. This Archangel is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and has a lemon, apple and biscuit-pear nose; palate is lively with lemon and biscuit/bready notes with a great biting acidity on the finish.
