I’m not gonna dwell on this one because to try and get some folks to drink older sparkling wine by twisting their arm is a waste of time. I’d rather just drink it myself – more for me is the nature of the game when it comes to a wine this precious and good. But for those interested here are the highlights: you’ll find nice leesy notes along with almond, hazelnut and sweet vanilla … it’s quite impressive with great complexity, and if you’re not convinced to try it yet … what was it that I said earlier, oh yeah, more for me.
