I always seem to get hockey card bubblegum on honey wines - that's because the powdery substance on the gum was actually powdered honey, who knew - but this wine is flowery and sippable in small amounts, just like you would any sweet wine, but with a certain kind of delicacy ... the good news is, it isn't too sweet.
