Ontario Reviews

Hillebrand 2011 Trius Pinot Grigio
Pretty peach juice coloration on this one from the 6 hours of skin contact. The nose is Bartlett pear with a slight hint of peach; the palate shows a subtle spice (skin derived) with white pepper, Mac apple, lime pith and zest along with decent acidity. The finish is rich with spice and acidity – a different kind of Grigio for Ontario that I particularly enjoyed. Price: $15.75 – Rating: ****+
