The 'Vinedressers' series of wines from Pelee are those with the gold foil label framing the black and white picture, for those who didn't know. These are the special wines, the ones you should get to know Pelee for. This 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon has pleasant baked blackberry with vanilla-spice notes, some dark chocolate and is heavily cassised; quite toasty and still tannic, a decent effort considering the year.
