By the time you read this this wine will be sold out, heck, when I was there they only had 6 bottles left, but I thought I would introduce you to Paul Gallagher and the new Devil's Wishbone winery of Prince Edward County - a welcome addition to the County. The County is not known for Riesling, but Paul might just help put it on the map for such, the nose has a real stony-apple quality, while the palate goes through stages: a little grapey turns citrus then jolly rancher green apple with a hint of sweetness ... progressively good wine with a good finish. Find a friend who bought a bottle or wait for the soon to be released 2010 edition. Only 25 cases were produced. Price: $24.00 - Rating: ****
