This is a lovely white for summer, too bad it is being released at Vintages in the midst of winter, but I am sure you'll have a few bottles left by the time the sun begins to shine its hot beams again. The nose is fresh with pear, green apple and floral notes; while the palate is quite simply an array of delicious light fruits: pear, peach, mac apple and a touch of a sweet sensation on the mid-palate. But somewhere in the finish the sweetness pulls back leaving you with a finish that's long and fruity. Price: $18.95 - Rating: ****
