Two words describe this one at this point in its existence: big and chewy - this wine will need some time to settle down and integrate all the wood and flavours that are packed into the bottle. Blackberries, currants and spice lead the charge with the backing of vanilla and cinnamon. This Cab needs at least 2-3 years to come into its own, shuck those big bold tannins and become something you`d like to have dinner with. For now it`s a 4-star wine, but it has the potential to go 4.5 ... I say take the chance on a few bottles. Price: $19.95 - Rating: ****
