There’s a kind of Chablis-esque note to this wine, namely the minerality that comes through, but it’s also layered with all kinds of white and yellow fruit from beginning to end. The nose speaks of apples and lemonade, while the palate dishes pear, peach and a lime finish – throw in the stony-minerality and you have yourself a real sipper on its own or as accompaniment with white seafood.
