Tasted in 2017 … A traditional method 40 month on lees 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that has plenty of biscuity notes along with an interesting apple cider aroma, plus there’s lemon pith and a long bready finish reminiscent of an apple fritter and croissant cross; well-made and fun to drink.
