If you have never heard of L’Acadie you’ve never stepped foot in Nova Scotia where the grape is a mainstay – here in Ontario it doesn’t have a big presence but it is here we can make delicious wine from it: apple, pear, peach and tangerine all come together here on a white fruit core with just enough acidity to make it right.
