This all Pinot Noir Rosé from the folks at Malivoire is their effort to get in with a more serious Rosé crowd than what their Ladybug brings in … but let’s be honest, Ladybug has gotten better and less sweet over the years; but Vivant hits that more serious level forgoing up-front fruit for more savoury and mineral elements finishes off with touches of lime, peach and green apple on the finish. This will definitely be on my patio this summer.
