Trius has opted for a fancy new bottle this year; they have also put Gamay (52%), Pinot Gris (27%) and Syrah (21%) into said bottle. The combination of these grapes has lifted them to new pink wine heights offering aromas and flavours no one knew they had: smells of cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, lime zest and peach also lingers on the palate adding in lime and rhubarb-strawberry notes to a mid-palate before a citrus-rhubarb finish lingers long after the swallow.
