It’s actually 100% Pinot Gris left on skin for 36 hours to give it that lovely pink colour (yes I said Gris) … the weight comes from the 6 month on lees. So this is not a lean and light rosé, it has both flavour and fullness: dry with raspberry and spiced-peaches.
