Sister winery Redstone made a killer rosé bubble and here Tawse tries to follow suit; they do succeed in making a light, refreshing and summery style bubble from Pinot Noir: cran-raspberry with lime hints and a mid-palate with cherry sweetness – good news, the acidity is on point.
