Look I'm still not a Baco fan but Henry does it right and you have to give them kudos for that. The Speck Family 2016 might be their best ever with lots of black cherry, fruit leather, bacon and raspberry - they've also managed to take out the gamey-ness without replacing it with a whole whack of sugar; it's balanced and hard not to reccommend dispite my reservations about the grape's existence in Ontario soils. Heck I would even pour this one - and that's saying something.
