A blend of four reds: Pinot Noir and Meunier (with 12 hours of skin contact), Merlot (saignee) and Cabernet Franc (pressed) - here the Pinot Meunier and Cab Franc make up roughly 85% of the wine. A raspberry-rhubard and lemon zest nose lead to a spicy mid-palate before the cran-raspberry-lime pith finish kicks in and lingers long.
