Domaine Queylus 2017 Rosé

I didn’t even know Queylus made rosé but why not, they grow some amazing varieties to make rosé from – this is 100% Pinot Noir mostly done in the saignée method, but some do see a light pressing … pretty and light to start with floral, raspberry and cherry with great acid notes keeping everything in check, and there’s even a little tannin bite with a weightier slightly bitter-ish finish than most rosé you’ll encounter … it just adds another dimension to your summer refreshment (only 112 cases produced).
