Winner of white wine of the year at the 2018 Ontario Wine Awards; this is possibly the best bubble made at 13th Street in quite some time – at least since the sale of the winery. Dry and leesy with green apple, biscuits and toasty notes on both the nose and palate; the finish is the interesting bit showing almond, hints of smoke and mushrooms on toast … it’s a winner and proven at that – here’s hoping the streak of good wines continues.
