It’s all the rage these days to make 100% Pinot Noir rosé – and Keint-he has pulled off quite a beauty here. 20 hours of skin contact of all Prince Edward County fruit … I was slightly worried about the tutti-frutti candied nose but the palate is anything but – lots of raspberry and strawberry with sweet cranberry and a lime finish … there’s even a savoury element here that takes the wine to another level.
