Based on the 2014 vintage, though that is written nowhere on the bottle (VQA rules prohibit vintage date if under 12-months on lees for secondary fermentation) – bracing Riesling acidity here with lime, pear, mineral and green apple notes – all culminating in a long finish.  Best bubble from Thirty Bench to date.
