Another one of those kitchen sink wines Stratus is known for – but this time it’s pink. Mixing white grapes like Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Viognier with red grapes Tempranillo and Cabernet Franc has illicited a wild assortment of aromas and flavours like cherry, orange and tropical fruit – nice acid backing sets it all up and the dry finish makes it amazingly refreshing.
