Normally Churchside is the first blend created when it comes to Pinot Noir at Closson Chase – this wine is bottled unfiltered after 16-17 months in oak – you’ll find the wine to be floral and spice oriented with earth, strawberry and black cherry finding its way in there as well … it ends with floral and spice and everything nice; another winning Pinot from Closson.
