This all estate Pinot spends 16 months in barrel (10% new) and goes through full malolactic fermentation so it does have a richness, but without going over the top: nicely balanced between the cherry fruit, the smoky barrel notes and the pretty floral aspect of the Pinot, plus there’s a nice minerality that comes through on the finish – and above all great drinkability. Only 150 cases produced.
