For a guy that has never worked with Cabernet Sauvignon before 2015, Sebastien Jacquey has taken to it like a duck to water. Picked the third week in November, he has crafted a rich, full-bodied Cab full of black fruit (plum, cassis and blackberry) along with notes of chocolate and spiced-plum with a sweet silky texture on the mid-palate … sweet fruit, not sweet sugary – a valiant effort that has totally paid off.
