A primarily barrel fermented Chardonnay blend that brings in Sauvignon Blanc for freshness, Pinot Gris for fruitiness, Viognier for tropicality and Semillon just because (but we’ll call it minerality to be fancy) , it’s a weightier white blend than most would expect and it drinks very well with grapefruit, apple and even some orange notes.
