Queenston Mile comes roaring out of the gate with this wow-sa sparkling wine. A lightly coloured 100% Pinot Noir bubbly with a dosage of Pinot Noir, which is where that hint of “colour” comes from … all aged 26 months on lees in this very bottle – delicate lemon, lime notes with plenty of green apple bite, which is how the acidity comes across, it’s almost searing on the first few sips, but one the palate should get used to – this bottle is just pure sparkling wine pleasure if you are into acidity; and it also helps make it a perfect pairing wine, but for me, I’ll just sip on it.  Price: $50.00 – Rating: ****+
