Sem/Sauv from Ontario does get much better than this, these are the classic Bordeaux white grapes and we don’t think even Bordeaux gets it this right this often: crisp and refreshing with a great seam of acidity and minerality, in the glass hint of grassy cozy up to peaches, melon and apple.  Price: $23.00 - Rating: *** 1/2+
