100% Chardonnay barrel aged for 8 months in neutral oak before under-going 14 months on lees in the traditional method of bubble wine making. This one has plenty of apple, lemon and subtle biscuit notes with a hint of creaminess, but I also found it overly bubbly – making it hard to drink – though it is quite tasty once those bubbles subside.
