Dedicated to the lady behind the winery who sadly passed away a couple of years ago (October 2016) - Chardonnay was a favorite and so in her honour we have this special bottling, which winemaker Greg Yemen says he was so afraid to "mess up" ... He didn't. 100% wild fermentation which took six months to complete - aged in 500L puncheon barrels (20% new) and derived a Chardonnay anyone would be proud of: pear, apple, lime all garner attention – while it retains a freshness and prettiness that's both lively and fruit forward with great length of finish...
