This one straddles a fine line between Gris and Grigio, with three days of skin contact and two months on lees there has developed some really interesting notes of melon rind and lime zest, but all backed by that County minerality, which makes it a fun little sipper that allows you to contemplate it as well (if you want); the zippy acidity helps it finish clean.  Price: $22.00 – Rating: *** ½+
