Very honeyed apple, call it more along the line of a honey-crisp, with good acidity to balance it out and nice weight from the 3-month oak ageing. It’s a one-note Icewine, but still a tasting if not typical version.  Price: $89.95 / 375ml - Rating: *** ½+
