A blend of 3 vineyards, two within Wismer-Foxcroft and one from Willms aged 14 months in older oak barrels with approximately 12% whole cluster pressings. This is the Bachelder light and easy version of Gamay that requires little to no thought, a half hour fridge-resting and a glass to gulp it from.
