Another solid effort from the Clos’ Chardonnays vines - the nose launches with mineral, peach and vanilla; then it grabs onto the palate with creamy, mineral, apple, gentle, lemon and lemon zests and then finishes with a touch of a spicy character. The acidity, while present, just never rose to the level of 2019 for me (when compared to others from this vintage).  Price: $44.95 - Rating: *** ½+
